A gut renovation of a classic Victorian-era semi-detached home in Toronto.
The home was opened up through numerous beams so light could venture throughout the entire length of the main floor. Large rear windows were added to create a closer connection with the rear yard and landscape.
Notable contributions: Construction by Chris Phillips, Connor Malloy and the team at Greening Homes, Interior Design by Sam Sacks and Photography by Craig Williams
